Why are you called HebiLux?

The founder of HebiLux's life changed completely when she got her first dog during her childhood; a golden retriever named, well you guessed it! Hebi. Unfortunately, the name Hebi has no hidden meaning as the dog was already named that. Despite her name being Snake in Japanese, Hebi was nothing but a floof who loved food and people. 

​

Hebi gave so much joy and love to everyone that the founder hopes that this website can share hopefully some of the love that Hebi has given throughout her life. Giving your furry kids your attention and love is awesome! However, adding a sprinkle of luxury into it wouldn't hurt either ;)

What if the size does not fit? 

If the product does not fit you or your pet, feel free to exchange it with free shipping!

Just makes sure to contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the items. 

 
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We take all major credit cards; VISA, AMEX, and Mastercards. 

Please contact us if your option is not listed. 

 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Changed your mind? No Problem!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your order number/receipt will be required to be eligible for return.
